We believe a charity giving platform must be radically transparent. Here's every commitment we make to you and to the causes we support.
100% of cashback to your charity
When a retailer pays us cashback for a purchase you made, we pass the entire amount to the charity you nominated. We do not take a percentage of the donation itself. Our operating costs are covered separately by a flat platform fee on retailers.
Monthly payouts to charities
Confirmed cashback is settled to charities in monthly batches. A donation appears in a charity's payout once the underlying transaction has cleared the retailer's returns window (typically 30–90 days).
Reversed and declined transactions
If a retailer reverses a cashback (e.g. you returned the product), the transaction is marked as declined and removed from your pending donations. We never claw back funds already paid to a charity — the next month's payout absorbs the adjustment.
Privacy & tracking
We use the AWIN affiliate network to track your purchases. We store the click and the resulting transaction so we can attribute the cashback correctly. We do not sell or share your shopping data, and you can delete your account at any time.
